Pipestone County Medical Center and Family Clinic is seeking qualified Registered Nurses to deliver professional nursing care in a dynamic team. Responsibilities include data collection, assessment, diagnosis, and developing individualized care plans to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

Pipestone County Medical Center and Family Clinic is currently seeking to find qualified individuals to join our growing team. We are committed to providing high quality services to our southwest Minnesota community.

Position Highlights

Job Duties

Provides professional nursing care to patients by performing the following duties: Collects patient health data, analyzes assessment data and determines nursing diagnosis/problem focus, identifies expected outcomes/goals individualized to the patient, develops and implements a care plan, evaluates patient progress and care quality.

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved school of Nursing. BSN preferred. Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota and/or meeting the requirements of multi state licensure. BLS certified or must be obtained within 1 week of hire. Will need to obtain all department specific certifications as directed by department manager.

The pay range for this position is $41.31 - $55.95 per hour. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
