Pipestone County Medical Center and Family Clinic is seeking an experienced administrator to lead the hospice and home health programs, including nursing and social services. This role carries administrative authority and accountability for program operations and staff performance.

Required are 1–3 years in admin/management of home health or hospice, RN licensure eligibility in MN/SD, and a Bachelor's degree or higher. BLS within 1 week of hire, plus a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administration/management experience in home health or hospice.
• 1-3 years of management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Must have or be eligible for RN licensure in MN and SD.
• BLS certification required within 1 week of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Home Health and Hospice staff and programs.
• Provide supervision of all Home Health and Hospice staff.
• Administrative authority over hospice and home health programs, nursing and social services.
• Ensure regulatory standards and reimbursement processes are understood.
• Lead operations and staff through performance management.
