  • Support monthly and quarterly close processes.
  • Maintain and update accounting policies for consistency.
  • Ensure GAAP across subsidiaries.
  • Review contracts and transactions for financial implications.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Global Financial Reporting to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will own consolidated and standalone financial reporting processes and help ensure accurate, timely results across the organization. You will partner closely with accounting and finance stakeholders to strengthen policies, support close activities, and maintain consistent application of GAAP across subsidiaries. The position also plays an important role in audit coordination, contract review, and improving reporting controls in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $143,650 – $169,000 annually

Responsibilities
  • Prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements for reporting
  • Support the monthly and quarterly financial close processes

  • Ensure proper application of accounting policies across subsidiaries
  • Review contracts and transactions for financial implications
