Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Accounting Manager to join a leader in the Consumer Technology space. The role owns core accounting operations, supports accurate financial reporting, close execution, and control discipline across a multi-entity environment. You will partner with finance, auditors and stakeholders to ensure complete records and scalable processes.

Location: Remote in the US. Compensation ranges from $145,000 to $160,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required.
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and ability to apply it to business transactions.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly close process for accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare or review journal entries and account reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP.
• Manage banking-related operations, including cash reconciliations and wire approvals.
• Assist in the consolidation process for multiple entities and foreign currency impacts.
• Maintain financial data integrity in the accounting system and enhance accounting controls.
• Analyze financial results and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with external auditors and internal teams to fulfill audit requests.

For our client, we are seeking a Accounting Manager to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will own core accounting operations that support accurate financial reporting, close execution, and control discipline across a multi-entity environment. The Accounting Manager will partner closely with finance, auditors, and operational stakeholders to ensure records are complete, reconciliations are accurate, and accounting processes scale effectively. This position will also play a key role in cash activity, consolidation support, and maintaining the integrity of the company’s accounting systems and data.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $145,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly close process for accurate financial reporting
• Prepare or review journal entries and account reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP
• Manage banking-related operations, including cash reconciliations and wire approvals
• Assist in the consolidation process for multiple entities and foreign currency impacts
• Maintain financial data integrity in the accounting system and enhance accounting controls
• Analyze financial results and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Collaborate with external auditors and internal teams to fulfill audit requests
