Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting to lead monthly and executive financial reporting for a complex North America organization. The role partners with FP&A, accounting leadership, M&A and Internal Audit to ensure accuracy, clarity and timely delivery, while driving automation to improve reporting efficiency.

Based remote in the US, the position requires strong communication and leadership, and a track record in multi-unit, corporate finance environments.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in financial and accounting roles within complex corporate structures; M&A experience preferred.
  • Experience managing a large team and overseeing team members.
  • Background in multi-unit organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; Master's degree and CPA preferred.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with leadership and act as a financial partner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the financial reporting process and monthly management reporting.
  • Collaborate with FP&A and accounting leadership to deliver accurate North America results.
  • Consolidate commentary for monthly detailed flux analysis for executive reporting.
  • Complete monthly statement of cash flows in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Partner with M&A on asset valuation and liability assumptions.
  • Work with Internal Audit on operational and SOX audits and establish remediation plans.
  • Implement automated solutions to improve accounting reporting efficiency.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will oversee monthly and executive financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery across a complex, multi-unit North America environment. The position partners closely with FP&A, accounting leadership, M&A, and Internal Audit to support decision-making, technical accounting, and control compliance. It also plays a key role in improving reporting efficiency through automation and in strengthening the quality of financial analysis and remediation efforts.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
