The Role

The Global Events Manager - Trail will shape and execute HOKA’s sports marketing strategy, focusing on trail events like Western States and UTMB, to enhance brand storytelling, engagement, and global reach across markets (Americas, EMEA, Pacific, SEA, China, Japan). The candidate should have extensive experience in global event marketing, partnership management, and collaboration within complex organizations. This role requires innovation, self-direction, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage global trail partnerships, including branding, activation, licensing, seeding, and digital content.
• Develop and oversee the global trail partnership strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and measurable results.
• Coordinate with internal teams for integrated project planning and execution.
• Manage budgets, invoices, and payments, ensuring adherence to internal processes and timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills; experience in global organizations and cross-cultural environments.

Salary range: $110,000 - $120,000, based on location and experience. The range reflects target compensation for Goleta, CA, with individual pay determined during hiring.
