The Role

The Global Events Manager - Trail will shape and execute HOKA’s sports marketing strategy to amplify brand initiatives and create extraordinary consumer experiences. Responsibilities include leading trail event partnerships such as Western States and UTMB, managing participant activations, and expanding HOKA’s reach globally across all markets. The ideal candidate is experienced in global event marketing, with a strategic mindset, excellent collaboration skills, and a proactive approach.

Your Impact

• Manage global trail partnerships, including branding, activations, licensed products, seeding, and digital content.
• Develop and oversee global trail partnership strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and measurable results.
• Coordinate with internal teams for planning and executing integrated projects.
• Manage budgets, invoices, and payments, ensuring compliance with internal processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (40-50%).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; English required, French a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience working in global organizations with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of current trends and innovative management.
• Leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
