The Role

The Global Events Manager - Trail will lead HOKA’s sports marketing strategy, manage trail event partnerships such as Western States and UTMB, and create consumer experiences that enhance brand storytelling and engagement across global markets.

The candidate should have extensive experience in global event marketing, partnership management, and a strategic, innovative approach to brand activations, with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Your Impact

• Manage global trail partnerships, including branding, activations, licensing, and digital content.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure program consistency and measurable results.
• Oversee budgets, invoices, and payments, ensuring compliance with internal processes.

Who You Are

• Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative team player with strong time management.
• Self-motivated with the ability to travel domestically and internationally (40-50%).

Preferred Experience

• Event management, contract negotiations, cross-functional alignment, budget management, project management, B2B partnerships, social media proficiency.
• Ability to relate to athlete communities and package content for media and promotion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, English (French a plus).
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, and organizational skills.
