  • Strong analytical, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Facilities Transformation & Capital Programs to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space.

This role will lead facilities transformation efforts and capital programs that improve operational performance across a complex, multi-site environment. The manager will turn facilities and project data into clear executive insights, helping leadership prioritize investments and drive better business outcomes. This position will also partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align project execution, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities
