Ladders is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Data Centers to lead complex design projects remotely in the United States. The role focuses on scope, schedule, budget, and margin performance, partnering with design leadership and client stakeholders to keep multiple projects moving forward.

Responsibilities include contract and task-order oversight, revenue delivery, and effective cross-functional coordination.

Formación

• BA/BS degree and 6 years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience managing complex programs or major projects
• U.S. citizenship required for potential future government security clearance
• Understanding of A/E/C project delivery processes preferred
• Proven leadership and communication abilities with multiple stakeholders
• Direct experience in financial reporting and budget management
• PMP certification preferred but not mandatory

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Data Centers - Remote (U.S.) to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead complex data center design projects from contract administration through delivery, with a focus on scope, schedule, budget, and margin performance. The position partners closely with design leadership and client stakeholders to keep multiple concurrent projects moving forward and to resolve issues that affect execution. Success in this role will require strong financial discipline, clear communication, and effective oversight of cross-functional project teams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
