Northwell is seeking a Facilities Management leader to oversee staff, schedules, and maintenance operations across facilities. You will ensure service level agreements meet standards and drive coordination with vendors and internal departments.

The role requires program development, performance reporting, and the ability to manage budgets while aligning with organizational goals. HVAC and chiller experience are preferred; maritime exposure is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience and 2-5 years of leadership / management experience, required.
• HVAC experience, preferred.
• Chiller plant, license, preferred.
• Maritime experience, preferred.

Job Description
