Job summary

Marina Hospital is seeking a Manager, Facilities to lead maintenance and repair of hospital facilities, equipment, and systems. You will partner with senior leadership to plan projects, manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships, and oversee both in-house and 3rd party resources.

You will supervise HVAC and other mechanical systems, drive quality and safety audits, and guide preventive maintenance. The role requires leadership experience and a proactive approach to facility operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of leadership experience, planning/overseeing work of others.
• Five years of increasing responsibility in facilities maintenance and air conditioning knowledge.
• EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages facility maintenance functions for programmatic and clinical operations and oversees repairs.
• Establishes and manages contracts with external service providers and audits performance.
• Assists with budget preparation and tracks budget planning.
• Supervises equipment performance, including HVAC, and conducts quality/safety audits.
• Oversees capital facility and operational projects and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinates work orders with outside contractors and site services.
• Develops quality programs and standard operating policies for facilities.
• Supports long-range planning and resource alignment with leadership.
