Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience and 2-5 years of leadership/management experience.
• Experience in a union environment is highly preferred.
• Healthcare facilities planning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to Facilities Management team members and supervisors to achieve department objectives.
• Develops and communicates goals aligned with the health system.
• Manages recruitment, development, and evaluation of direct and indirect reports.
• Oversees maintenance and repair schedules for equipment and facilities.
• Ensures contracts and service agreements meet facility standards and needs.
• Builds productive relationships with vendors and internal teams to optimize operations.
• Recommends and adheres to approved operating goals, objectives, and budget.
• Reports on operation performance and corrective actions.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory bodies.
