Willis Towers Watson is hiring a Manager for Executive Compensation and Board Advisory. You will lead multi-client projects, design executive compensation and incentive programs, and partner with clients’ executives to optimize rewards strategies.
Role involves coaching analysts, delivering on budgets and timelines, and contributing to new tools and business development within the Work & Rewards line. Strong Excel/PowerPoint and communication skills required.
As a Manager in our Executive Compensation and Board Advisory practice, you will work beside some of the industry’s top consultants while you develop deep and cutting-edge technical knowledge and skills. You will manage consulting projects while providing input to senior colleagues and overseeing and quality-reviewing analysts’ work.
You will partner with internal colleagues – including analysts, other consultants and technical experts – and the executive leadership of our clients to design and implement Executive Compensation and incentive program strategies to attract, reward and retain executive talent.
The scope of our projects will range from those focused solely on executive compensation and board and committee effectiveness, (e.g., rewards strategy, competitive compensation analyses, annual and long-term incentive program design, pay-for-performance analyses, shareholder engagement strategy and preparation) to those involving other lines of business such as M&A due diligence and integration, total rewards strategy design and optimization assessments. Client engagements will typically be with the relevant committee(s) of the Board, senior management, or both.
You will also participate in and contribute to activities that support continued revenue growth of the Work & Rewards line of business and WTW overall. These activities may include supporting local, regional and/or national marketing events, performing industry/topical research and developing intellectual capital, and participating in our firm’s industry and/or topical teams.

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $94,000- $144,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
