What you’ll do

No previous professional experience is required. Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, internships, or campus leadership is a plus.

Your growth and compensation

Build your skills through a structured development path:

• Recruiter: $55,000 annually. Target milestone around month 4.
• Account Manager: $57,500 annually. Target milestone around months 7-8.
• Operations Manager: $57,500 base salary, plus eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses, with target total annual earnings of approximately $65,000. Target milestone around month 12.

Advancement depends on performance, readiness, and available business opportunities. Promotions and target earnings are not guaranteed.

Schedule
