Guild Education, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Enablement to lead the strategic development, people management, and day-to-day operation of our Member-Facing Enablement organization within Member Operations.

The role spans Knowledge Management, Training, Quality Assurance, and Workforce Management to improve content accuracy, training quality, and workforce planning across cross-functional teams. You will translate complex member-facing systems into practical enablement priorities, drive AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Three+ years of direct people-management experience in enablement, training, knowledge management, QA, or operations strategy.
• Led complex, cross-functional programs from intake to rollout and measurement.
• Able to manage multiple initiatives independently through ambiguity and change.
• Uses data to diagnose performance gaps and adjust team focus accordingly.
• Translates complex member-facing systems into actionable enablement priorities and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team across Knowledge Management, Training, Quality Assurance, and Workforce Management.
• Own formal people-management decisions including goals, performance, development plans, promotions, and staffing actions.
• Establish operating rhythm with regular reviews, planning, and portfolio audits.
• Manage cross-lane programs from intake to rollout, tooling migrations, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain and evolve enablement measurement frameworks and health scorecards.
