Job summary

Amgen North Carolina site is seeking a Business Performance Manager, Site Engagement & Culture to lead strategies that strengthen employee engagement, culture, and the overall employee experience. You will coordinate onboarding readiness, visibility to hiring demand, and onboarding progress across ANC with key partners.

You will establish tools, dashboards, and metrics, translate employee insights into initiatives, and collaborate with HR, Corporate Affairs, site leadership to drive connection,

Qualifications

• Required experience in engagement performance management or related field.
• Experience coordinating workforce planning, onboarding operations, and contingent workforce management.
• Experience leading employee engagement, culture, communications, or related programs.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to influence across functions and levels and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Translate feedback and priorities into actions to strengthen culture and accountability.
• Drive site engagement and culture strategy with HR and leadership.
• Lead engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture initiatives.
• Develop executive-ready communications and present to leadership.
• Own on-boarding and new hire orientation across the site.
