Qualifications

• A minimum of four years of progressive experience in HR, Employee Experience, Talent Acquisition operations, or a related function.
• Experience designing and scaling onboarding, offboarding, engagement, culture, or employee lifecycle programs.
• Proven ability to build trust, partner cross-functionally, and influence leaders and employees at all levels.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee experience programs that welcome, inform, connect, and support employees.
• Serve as a culture champion and partner with HR, TA, IT, Facilities, Communications, and leaders.
• Support candidate scheduling, onsite interview coordination, and day-of logistics.
• Own onboarding, pre-boarding, orientation, and integration into culture.
• Oversee annual engagement survey process, reporting, and action planning.
• Coordinate Insights Discovery administration and related training opportunities.
• Plan employee events, culture initiatives, and wellness programming with leadership.
• Lead employee experience communications that are clear, warm, and aligned with the company voice.
