Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Business Performance Manager for Site Engagement & Culture at the North Carolina site. You will lead strategies to strengthen employee engagement, culture, and the overall experience, coordinating onboarding readiness and visibility to hiring demand.

You will partner with HR, Corporate Affairs, site leadership, and cross-functional teams to translate employee insights into actionable initiatives, develop executive communications, and drive continuous improvement across ANC.
