Vitalant is seeking a results-driven, customer-focused Donor Recruitment Manager to oversee the donor-recruitment team and achieve annual and monthly goals through effective recruitment strategies. The role involves travel within New Mexico and aligning recruitment plans with organizational targets.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, three years related experience (two years supervisory), and a valid in-state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the donor-recruitment team to successfully achieve annual and monthly goals through effective donor recruitment.
• Achieve recruitment objectives by developing market penetration plans, recruitment strategies, to increase blood donations.
• Be innovative in developing special recruitment programs to address business needs.
• Assist in implementing strategic marketing plans, territory alignment, and goal setting.
• Monitor center resource allocation and scheduling.
• Build relationships with both internal staff and customers to maintain goal objectives.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes.

Salary : $83,491.20 - $96,850.00

Salary is commensurate with a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.
