Job summary

Vitalant is seeking a results-driven, customer-focused Donor Recruitment Manager to oversee the donor-recruitment team and achieve annual and monthly goals through effective recruitment strategies.

You will develop market penetration plans, implement territory alignment, monitor resource allocation, and build relationships with internal staff and customers to ensure successful recruitment aligned with our life-saving mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Three years of relative experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Valid in-state driver license.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the donor-recruitment team to achieve annual and monthly goals.

Salary : $75,150.40 to $99,195.20

Salary is commensurate with a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.

Your impact as a Donor Recruitment Manager is vital. You will contribute to Vitalant's life-saving mission by overseeing the donor-recruitment team to successfully achieve annual and monthly goals through effective donor recruitment. Achieve recruitment objectives by developing market penetration plans, recruitment strategies, to increase blood donations.
