Job summary

Vitalant is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Spokane-based team. You will actively engage with donors to schedule blood donations and serve as a front-line ambassador to help meet recruitment goals at fixed site locations.

You will support onboarding, coordinate training for new hires, and collaborate on outreach strategies to maximize donor participation. A strong customer service background and attention to detail are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in customer service required
• Two years of customer service experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Enhance the donor experience by providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate on specialized calling projects, to include conversions, reminders calls and engaging first time donors.
• Support blood centers by implementing innovative recruitment strategies, managing donor scheduling, and offering expertise on eligibility and donation requirements.
• Contribute to the onboarding of new hires and conduct refresher training to both new and existing staff.

Compensation

$17.13 to $18.00 hrly.

Salary is commensurate with a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.
