Job summary

Vitalant is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support our life-saving mission at our Tempe, AZ location. You will schedule donor appointments, engage with donors, and help drive recruitment goals at fixed sites.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 6 months in customer service; 2 years preferred. Onsite shift schedule applies with benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months experience in customer service.
• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the donor experience by providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate on specialized calling projects, to include conversions, reminders calls and engaging first time donors.
• Support blood centers by implementing innovative recruitment strategies, managing donor scheduling, and offering expertise on eligibility and donation requirements.
• Contribute to the onboarding of new hires and conduct refresher training to both new and existing staff.

Salary : $15.61 to $17.46 per hour

Salary is commensurate with a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.

Start date: 11-30-2026

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (7:00 am - 3:30 pm PDT)
