Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in IT leadership, with architecture, design, and implementation experience.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management in a large organization.
• Proven ability to lead IT services with web, GIS, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provides management oversight to teams and coaches staff for professional growth.
• Manages development of eServices applications including design, development, testing, and training.
• Maintains internal and external web presence and aligns content with customer needs.
• Develops and supports social media presence using data and metrics to increase engagement.
• Establishes and directs the innovation program with governance and community engagement.
• Leads delivery of technology projects and ensures proper resourcing and change management.
