Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or related field.
• Five years of project management experience, including two years supervisory.

• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage vendors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation and maintenance of County-wide CVCS.
• Ensure daily functionality of criminal justice and law enforcement AV systems.
• Lead or participate on technical committees and project scoping for AV projects.
• Prepare RFPs, review bids, and monitor contract compliance; assist with grants.
