Responsibilities

• Oversees overall operation of county-led Community Resources programs, both general and grant-funded.
• Develops department goals and strategic plans.
• Represents the department in Commissioners Court and ensures timely communication.
• Plans, develops, and coordinates with the Office of Emergency Management for crises.
• Completes special projects related to community resources as directed.
• Liaises with community and intergovernmental partners.
