Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager of Digital Operations to lead day-to-day operational execution for GPS and plug-in capabilities. The role emphasizes ticket handling, intake governance, incident communications, testing support, and experience observations to keep the platform stable and responsive.

You will collaborate with Product, IT, and leadership to prioritize work, analyze trends with Quantum Metric, and drive root-cause remediation. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in ops are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years problem-solving in operations roles.
• 5+ years in application operations or digital platform support.
• 5+ years managing intake, priorities, risks and dependencies.
• 5+ years strong verbal and written communication.
• 5+ years cross-functional work with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ticket support and break fix story support with Product and IT teams.
• Act as gatekeeper for operational intake and escalation routing.
• Own ticket oversight and trend analysis across GPS and integrated apps.
• Support IRT communications and keep stakeholders updated during incidents.
• Execute and support testing activities including UAT, regression, system testing.
