• 5+ years demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
• 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional work and competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Ticket Execution & Intake Management: provide ticket support, act as gatekeeper for intake queues and service requests, oversee tickets and identify systemic issues.
• Incident Support & Communications: assist with IRT communications and ensure updates and stakeholder awareness during incidents.
• Testing Support: execute and support testing activities including UAT, regression and system testing for releases and enhancements.
• Experience Analytics & Observations: review metrics like Quantum Metric and escalate insights to senior leaders and Product partners.
