Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager of Digital Operations to oversee day-to-day operational execution for GPS and plug-in capabilities. The role emphasizes ticket execution, intake governance, incident communications, testing support, and experience observations to keep the platform stable and responsive.

Responsibilities include managing ticket oversight, coordinating with Product and IT, supporting IRT communications, and performing testing across releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years solving problems in operational or digital platform environments.
• 5+ years in application operations, production support, or digital platform support.
• 5+ years organizing intake, priorities, risks, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide ticket support and break fix assistance with Product and IT teams.
• Act as gatekeeper for operational intake including queues, SRs, and escalation routing.
• Own ticket oversight and trend analysis to identify systemic issues and drive root-cause remediation.
• Support IRT communications and keep stakeholders informed during incidents.
• Assist with testing activities (UAT, regression, system testing) for releases and enhancements.
• Conduct Quantum Metric reviews and surface observations on trends and friction.
