Ladders is seeking a Sr. Engineer, Collaboration to join a leader in Retail & Consumer Goods.

The role focuses on designing and delivering collaboration and messaging capabilities across a global environment with emphasis on reliability, governance, and employee experience. You will own complex implementations, serve as a technical leader during incidents and changes, and collaborate with security, compliance, and operations to ensure workplace services are resilient and well-governed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in collaboration, messaging, voice, or Microsoft 365 engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Proven track record in improving service reliability and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations of Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
• Own service health and provide technical leadership during major incidents.
• Implement architecture, governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for service delivery and restoration.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Engineer, Collaboration to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will lead the design and delivery of collaboration and messaging capabilities across a global environment, with a strong focus on reliability, governance, and employee experience. You will own complex implementations and serve as a technical leader during incidents, changes, and service improvements. The position partners closely with security, compliance, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure modern workplace services are resilient, well-governed, and aligned to organizational needs.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations of Microsoft 365 collaboration services
• Own service health and provide technical leadership during major incidents
