Job summary

Keeper Security is hiring a Manager of Customer Success Management, AMER, to lead a North America CSM team and drive renewals, expansions, and revenue growth for Keeper’s cloud platform. This is a 100% remote role with flexibility for a hybrid schedule in the Chicago area.

The role blends post-sale and field collaboration with product and marketing to optimize customer health, adoption, and upsell opportunities across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in full cycle SaaS sales with upsell/expansion focus.
• 3+ years in sales leadership or management roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS sales processes, renewals and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to drive renewals and expansions.
• Collaborate with Sales to expand Keeper’s footprint within existing accounts.
• Monitor client health and adoption of Keeper platform.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Forecast and report sales performance; coach reps for improvement.
