Tyson Foods in Springdale, AR seeks a Senior Customer Development Manager to lead actionable insights and financial reporting for the Walmart team. You will use Retail Link, Circana, Nielsen, and other data sources to shape category strategy and forecasts.

Responsibilities include weekly and quarterly reporting, maintaining JBP materials, partnering with cross-functional teams, and ensuring in‑stock and rollout success while adhering to responsible AI usage and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years with Walmart Retail Link, Circana, Nielsen/Scintilla or related data sources.
• Experience in Walmart or Sam’s Club CPG category management.
• BI tools like PowerBI preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Up to 5 travel trips per year.
• Ability to use AI responsibly and in compliance with policy.

Responsabilités

• Provides recommendations and thought leadership for assigned categories.
• Leads and develops weekly reporting for team managers and Walmart where relevant.
• Uses syndicated data and buyer interactions to provide insights for the sales team.
• Develops weekly, quarterly, and annual POS shipment forecasts and tracks performance.
• Maintains annual operating plan assumptions based on insights.
• Reviews in‑stock positions and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to improve in‑stock.
• Monitors orders vs. supply plan and communicates opportunities.
• Conducts analyses on new item launches to identify key insights.
• Develops and publishes seasonal business trackers and Walmart JBP files for updates.
• Performs market assessments with syndicated data for regional recommendations.
