Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a skilled professional to execute category brand strategies at the customer level, delivering AOP profit targets through volume growth, GSAT, TAPR, and compliant merchandising. You will partner with Walmart buyers and internal teams to drive category leadership and mutual growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of CPG experience, with strong Excel skills and Travel 1–3 trips.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant CPG experience, preferably including Sales, Customer Management, Trade Marketing and Category Management.
• High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft software.
• Retail Link experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel: 1–3 trips.

Responsibilities

• Execute Tyson Brands category brand strategies at the customer level to achieve AOP profit targets by hitting volume goals, gross sales after trade, TAPR, and distribution/activation compliance.
• Collaborate with customers to develop and implement collaborative business plans for mutual growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with Walmart buyers and staff; coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Supply Chain) to drive category leadership.
