- Proven analytics leadership for innovation, forecasting, and in‑market performance.
- Experience with agency and manufacturer sides preferred.
Responsibilities
- Shape the enterprise innovation strategy and align with Business Units.
- Develop data-driven forecasts and sizing for projects.
- Create insight-driven sales tools and narratives to enable commercialization.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations for performance.
- Lead cross-functional analytics and advocate for AI best practices.
