Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in Finance.
• Demonstrated success in roles requiring strong analytical and systems skills.
• Ability to streamline internal processes and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly marketing analysis and tracking for decisions.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly reports.
• Manage quarter-end close process and forecasting.
• Lead annual budget planning and accrual management.
• Develop long-range plans for Business Units in Prepared Foods.
• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to enable informed decisions.
