We are looking for an experienced leader who will guide a team in providing top‑quality client service for payroll tax solutions. The role requires strong project management, consulting, and communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Team Support. Set direction for daily activities, ensure productive operations, and mentor team members.
• Provide Client Support. Help clients troubleshoot and resolve payroll tax issues, often collaborating with other ADP business units.
• Learn. Continuously expand knowledge of payroll tax, federal and state compliance, and ADP products.
• Organize. Maintain a daily schedule, meet productivity standards, manage escalations, and deliver results during peak periods.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience.
• At least 3 years of people‑leadership experience.
• College degree preferred but not required. Military experience is also considered valuable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication to all audience levels.
• Strong collaboration, organization, time management, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong client‑relationship building and coaching abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with web technologies and Windows operating systems.
• In‑depth knowledge of ADP HR, payroll, and benefits policies and procedures.
• Prior leadership training is a plus.
