Job Description Summary

We are looking for a professional, thought-leader, and hustler to help Mastercard reach more customers through strategic partners focusing on our business and market insights solutions in the NAM region. The ideal candidate is passionate about data and insights and understands how to develop smart data partnerships. This is a quota-carrying, revenue-generating role responsible for developing and managing channel and alliance partner relationships within the NAM region. The role includes executing our strategy with regional nuances for the entire partner lifecycle: new partner recruitment, onboarding, revenue activation, and growth.

Role/Responsibilities

  • Define the desired profile of potential partners with management support.
  • Research, identify, qualify, and screen potential partners aligning with the target profile.
  • Gain commitment from qualified partners through compelling business propositions.
  • Develop joint business plans (including sales targets) before finalizing contracts, aligned with Mastercard standards.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospective partners to meet recruitment targets.
  • Meet revenue targets through sales to and with channel partners.
  • Drive onboarding and activation of new partners; ensure their teams are enabled and motivated.
  • Engage Mastercard resources and stakeholders to support partnership objectives and sales opportunities.
  • Manage channel pipeline, forecast reporting, and track sales cycle progress.
  • Conduct monthly partner alignment sessions, win/loss analysis, and develop account strategies.
  • Work with high-potential partners to develop annual joint business plans, review progress quarterly, and adapt strategies.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on tools and programs based on partner and market insights.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Experience in business and consumer data and insights solutions, with exposure to data platforms, aggregators, analytics providers, or consultancies from sales, sourcing, or partnership roles.
  • Experience sourcing, qualifying, and forming relationships with CXO-level channel partners.
  • Experience managing major partner relationships with transparency, trust, and collaboration.
  • Strong industry network.
  • Experience in joint business planning with partners.

Salary Range for Purchase, NY: $132,000 - $206,000
