What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and research potential partners that align with Mastercard's strategic goals
- Develop and manage channel and alliance partner relationships within the NAM region

- Maintain a solid pipeline of qualified prospective partners to meet recruitment targets
- Conduct monthly partner alignment sessions to review pipelines and develop account strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in the martech and analytics solutions space
- Proven track record of sourcing and forming business relationships with channel partners at the CXO level
- Strong management skills for major customer and partner relationships
- Ability to develop and manage joint business planning with partners
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
