What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define the ideal partner profile and research potential partners that align with this profile
- Develop joint business plans with partners, including sales targets, before finalizing contracts
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospective partners to meet recruitment goals
- Drive onboarding and activation of new partners, ensuring they are equipped to support Mastercard offerings
- Conduct monthly partner alignment sessions to review progress and identify new sales opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in the martech and analytics solutions space
- Proven track record of sourcing, qualifying, and forming business relationships with channel partners at the CXO level
- Experience managing major customer/partner relationships with transparency and collaboration
- Strong personal network within the industry
- Ability to develop and manage joint business plans with partners
