What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define the desired profile of potential partners and research to identify and qualify them
- Develop joint business plans with partners, including sales targets aligned with company strategy
- Drive onboarding and activation of new partners, ensuring they are equipped to sell and support products
- Manage channel pipeline and forecast reporting, tracking progress through the sales cycle
- Conduct monthly partner alignment sessions to assess pipelines and develop new sales strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in the martech and analytics solutions space
- Proven ability to source, qualify, and form business relationships with channel partners at the CXO level
- Strong experience in managing major customer and partner relationships
- Established personal network within the industry
- Experience in developing and managing joint business plans with partners
