Job summary

Sammons Industrial, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager in Dothan, AL to lead day-to-day branch operations across sales, service, parts and rental while ensuring strong safety, service, and financial performance.

You will recruit, develop and coach a high-performing team, manage budgets and P&L, strengthen customer relationships, and execute a strategic plan that aligns with our ESOP-owned culture and Briggs/Sammons standards.
