Buck & Rider in Scottsdale is seeking a dynamic Front of House Manager to join our leadership team and elevate the guest experience. This hands-on role leads daily operations in a high-volume restaurant and nurtures future leaders through our Manager in Training program.

We’re seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented Front of House Manager to join our leadership team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll inspire excellence, elevate the guest experience, and develop future leaders—all while upholding the high standards that define Buck & Rider.

What You’ll Do

• Complete our immersive 8-week Manager in Training (MIT) program at a certified training store
• Lead daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Train, coach, and mentor hourly team members to unlock their full potential
• Foster seamless communication across all levels of staff and leadership
• Uphold and champion brand standards at every stage of service
• Nurture a positive, high-performance culture built on accountability and respect
