In this fast-paced role, you’ll coordinate closely with management, servers, and the kitchen, use SevenRooms on iPad, and maintain a calm, luxurious atmosphere while delivering memorable experiences.

Day in the life:

• Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and polish
• Manage ‘priority seating’ and the flow of service for a busy dining room and happy hour
• Cultivate a welcoming, personalized experience for every guest
• Coordinate closely with management, servers, and the kitchen to ensure peak performance
• Use of iPad technology through Sevenrooms reservation platform
• Utilize a calm, composed demeanor with the ability to multitask under pressure
• Maintain an atmosphere of calm and luxury, even during high-volume service
