Job summary
Ironclad is seeking a forward‑thinking Manager, Technical Adoption Architecture to lead a team of TAAs, translating customer goals into scalable, AI‑driven contracting solutions. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to incorporate agentic features into deployments and improve value delivery across complex enterprise engagements.
The role is hybrid, requiring in‑office collaboration twice weekly and occasional travel.
Qualifications
- Experience leading implementation or consulting teams in a SaaS/AI setting.
- Proven ability to drive customer value, adoption, and successful deliveries.
- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team of Technical Adoption Architects.
- Translate strategy into an executable team plan with measurable outcomes.
- Oversee delivery of packaged services, align AI capabilities with deployments.
- Collaborate with Product/Engineering to provide early feedback and testing.
- Design scalable contracting workflows and AI‑assisted experiences.
- Manage staffing, forecasting, and risk across multiple engagements.
