Job summary

Ironclad is seeking a forward-thinking Manager, Technical Adoption Architecture to lead a team of Technical Adoption Architects focused on AI-enabled contracting solutions. You will drive adoption, coach talent, and partner across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver value for enterprise customers.

You’ll oversee delivery, shape strategy, and ensure scalable, customer-centric processes while advancing AI capabilities in client deployments.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing or mentoring an implementation or customer-facing technical team.
Delivery role with strong results in customer satisfaction and risk mitigation.
6-8 years in a SaaS, AI, or technology company.
Experience with Ironclad or CLM systems preferred.
Ability to explain AI concepts, limitations, and risks clearly.
Experience diagnosing AI interactions and iterating on prompts.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow a high-performing team of Technical Adoption Architects.
Set clear performance expectations and support career development.
Translate strategy into an executable team plan and operating rhythm.
Oversee delivery of packaged service offerings and AI-enabled solutions.
Guide the team in designing contracting workflows, templates, integrations, and AI experiences.
Provide hands-on support for complex or at-risk projects and escalations.
Partner with Account Teams, Adoption Strategists, Enterprise Architects, and Product/Engineering to improve the customer experience.
Establish a regular feedback loop with Product and Engineering for early testing of new capabilities.
