Job summary

Subway is hiring a Manager in NY to lead our team and drive the next growth phase of our brand. The role includes training, coaching staff, and ensuring excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee operations, inventory, and marketing initiatives while maintaining high standards for food safety and customer service. Training provided; full-time schedule with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment with supervising and training staff.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate the POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience.
• Ensure great food is prepared and served.
• Keep restaurants functional, clean, and attractive.
• Follow safety and security protocols and health codes.

WhatYou’llbe Doing:

• Providing an excellent guest experience

• Ensuring that great food is prepared & served

• Keeping our restaurants functional,cleanand beautiful

• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed. Including being aware of local and national healthy and food safety codes

• Managing inventory and money control systems

• Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach

WhatYou’llNeed:
