Subway in NY is seeking a Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers hourly pay of $18.00–$20.00, with potential bonuses, tips, scholarships, and opportunities for career growth through hands-on experience in a restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment with supervision and training experience.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience.
• Ensure that great food is prepared and served.
• Keep our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed, including local and national health and food safety codes.
• Manage inventory and money control systems.
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives, including community outreach.
• Recruit staff.
• Maintain business records and analyze them to help increase sales.
• Identify and contact prospective guests to promote sales.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring the restaurant is ready for a new marketing window.
• Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security.
