Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment with supervision experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math ability and cash handling proficiency.
• Ability to operate a POS system and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to lift 10–25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience and ensure great food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant functional, clean, and welcoming.
• Enforce safety and security protocols and food safety codes.
• Manage inventory and money control systems.
• Coordinate local marketing and community outreach.
• Recruit staff and maintain business records for sales analysis.
• Identify prospective guests to promote sales and support marketing efforts.
• Ensure restaurant readiness for new marketing windows and campaigns.
• Be a collaborative team player focused on execution.

WhatYou’llbe Doing:

• Providing an excellent guest experience
