Job summary

Subway is hiring a Manager to lead daily operations and drive growth across our Watertown location. You’ll supervise staff, ensure quality food service, and maintain a safe, clean restaurant environment while maximizing guest satisfaction.

The role involves hands-on coaching, inventory control, and coordination of local marketing initiatives. Training will cover responsibilities and expectations across shifts, with opportunities for career advancement within the Subway brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment; supervising and training staff.
• Basic math skills and cash handling ability.
• Ability to operate POS system / cash register.
• High attention to detail; strong organizational skills.
• Able to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience.
• Ensure food is prepared and served to standard.
• Keep restaurants clean, functional and inviting.
• Follow safety and food safety protocols and codes.
• Manage inventory and money control systems.
