Job summary

Subway is growing, and we need your help as a Manager to lead the next stage of growth for our brand. You will provide an excellent guest experience, ensure food is prepared and served, and keep the restaurant functioning at a high standard.

You will gain hands-on career experience in a restaurant business, with opportunities to coordinate local marketing, manage inventory and cash controls, and contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, with supervision and training experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Must operate the sales system / cash register.
• High attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift 10–25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Providing an excellent guest experience
• Ensuring that great food is prepared and served
• Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, including health and food safety codes
• Managing inventory and money control systems
• Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach
• Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales
• Identifying and contacting prospective guests to promote sales
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant is ready for a new marketing window
• Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
• Being a team player
